If your address has been entered incorrectly or is not appearing as entered on your order confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible. We only have an hour or so after your order has been placed to amend this before it's packed up and is on its way to you - so please reach out as quickly as you can!
Your best way to reach us immediately is through Live Chat, otherwise, if you've caught this little mistake during business hours, give us a call on (03) 9344 1671 and leave a voicemail so that we can call you back asap.
If your order has been sent with Australia Post - they also offer a new system that allows you to amend your address yourself, once your item has been dispatched.
This system is called My Post - if you register using the same email address you used to place your order, you will be able to log in and view your parcel. If you cannot see your order in the list, you can add it using your tracking number in the "Enter Tracking Number" section. From here, you will be able to amend your address.

If your order has been sent with another one of our couriers and your address is incorrect but you're outside of the 1-hour amendment time frame - please contact us immediately and we will try our best to get this sorted for you.
