If you have already received your order or it is currently in transit to you, your order will have to be sent back to us within 90 days of the order date. Please CLICK HERE to submit your return request online. Our customer service team can arrange a return for you via Australia Post.
Products must be returned in original packaging, including any seal/cellophane wrapping. Upon the return, the product will be inspected for quality control and hygiene purposes. If there is evidence that the product has been opened/used or is no longer in a resaleable condition, the product will be sent back to your original shipping address and we'll notify you straight away.
