If you have already received your order or it is currently in transit to you, your order must arrive back with us within 90 days of the order date. Please CLICK HERE to submit your return request online, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will arrange a return for you via Parcel Point. Our Parcel Point returns system allows you to select from hundreds of locations, and drop your parcel off when it suits you. Return postage costs are set at a flat rate via ParcelPoint, which varies depending on your location.
Products must be returned in original packaging, including any seal/cellophane wrapping. Upon the return, the product will be inspected for quality control and hygiene purposes. If there is evidence that the product has been opened/used or is no longer in a resaleable condition, the product will be sent back to your original shipping address and we'll notify you straight away.
