Your tracking number can be located in your dispatch confirmation email, titled "Your Order is on its Way!" You should receive your dispatch email as soon as your parcel has left our warehouse.
If your tracking number starts with EBB your order is most likely being sent with Australia Post and you can track its progress here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
If your tracking number starts with any other mixture of letters or numbers, it's most likely being sent with one of our other couriers via Seko and you can track its progress here: http://track.omniparcel.com/
