Orders placed before this time will be delivered the same night between 6 PM and 10 PM.Orders placed after 4 PM AEST will be delivered between 6 PM โ 10 PM the following evening (Monday to Friday). Same-day delivery is not available on weekends and is only available for select postcodes in Melbourne to residential addresses only. PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and business addresses are not eligible. |

Twilight orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or business addresses. Your tracking information will be made available to you from 5pm onwards. Delivery will be made between 6pm - 10pm. What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?
Our shipping timeframes are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order was placed. If your order is outside the expected delivery timeframe, please check the following:
- Business Addresses: Check the mailroom or reception for your parcel.
- Home Addresses: If you provided delivery instructions, check around your property (e.g., meter box, carport) for a safe drop location.
- Delivery Address: Verify that the shipping address in your order confirmation email is correct.
Ways to ensure you don't miss your delivery:
To make sure your parcel is delivered smoothly, here are a few tips:
- Safe Drop: Our deliveries with Australia Post include a safe drop option, meaning your parcel will be left in a secure location around your property if no one is home. If there isnโt a safe spot, please specify this in the Delivery Comments box during checkout.
- Work Address Deliveries: If your parcel is being delivered to a work address, include your business name and any relevant delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave at Reception").
- Same-Day Deliveries: For same-day deliveries, ensure your mobile number is listed in the delivery comments or in your customer account, so we can reach you if needed.
