If you are having trouble logging into your Adore Beauty account, please take the following into consideration.
We no longer require your password to sign in, instead you will receive a One Time Password code via email. A new code is required each time you logout or sign into a new device, keeping your account secure.
This applies to all new and existing customers. If you are already logged in on a device you will not need to apply a One Time Password unless you have logged out.
If you have forgotten your password, you should receive an automatic email notification advising you on how to reset your password. If you have not received this email notification, please check your junk/spam folder. If this email is not in your junk/spam folder, it's possible you haven't created a customer account, and have checked out as a guest previously.
If you have a customer account but still can't log in using a One Time Password, please reach out to ABi for help. ABi will guide you to the right team to assist with your login details.
