If you are having trouble logging into your Adore Beauty account, please take the following into consideration.
If you have forgotten your password, you should receive an automatic email notification advising you on how to reset your password. If you have not received this email notification, please check your junk/spam folder. If this email is not in your junk/spam folder, it's possible you haven't created a customer account, and have checked out as a guest previously.
Please note that our mailing list and customer account system are separate, and receiving our email updates does not mean you have a customer account registered with us. You can register for a Customer Account here.
If you do have a customer account but still cannot log in after resetting your password, please contact us at service@adorebeauty.com.au and we will be happy to assist you in resetting your password.
Unfortunately, if you have checked out as a guest with your previous orders, we cannot add your previous orders to your customer account. You can contact us by phone at (03) 9344 1671, send us an SMS on +61 436 436 276 from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 4pm Saturday AEST, or email us on service@adorebeauty.com.au to confirm details of your previous orders.
