If you have submitted an order but aren't sure if it's been processed correctly, check your email account for the Adore Beauty confirmation email. This email will be entitled "Adore Beauty: Order Received" followed by your order number, and will be sent from service@adorebeauty.com.au. Please also check your Junk/Spam mailbox.
If you haven't received a confirmation email, log into your Adore Beauty account (if you have created one to make your purchase). You can locate your order number under the "My Orders" tab under "My Account", located in the top right-hand corner of the page.

If you don't have a record of this transaction via email or in your customer account, check your PayPal or Credit Card statement to see if you have the record of the payment transaction.
If you are still unsure, please contact our customer service team at service@adorebeauty.com.au with the following information:
PayPal Transaction ID or the name of the Credit Card Holder
The approximate date and time the order was placed
The item/s you purchased.
