Please ensure there is an "add to bag" button on the product page. If there isn't then you won't be able to add the item to the bag - this may mean the product is out of stock or has been discontinued and is no longer available.
If the product page says "Out of stock, order now for dispatch in (number of) days", this means that we're currently awaiting delivery of that particular product. If you add this item to your cart, your entire order will be put on hold until the stock arrives.
If the product page gives you an option to add your email to the waitlist, this means that we're not quite sure when the product will arrive back into stock. If you sign yourself up for the waitlist, you'll receive an email notification as soon as there's an update on this product.
If there is an "add to bag" button on the page, but it doesn't seem to be appearing in your shopping bag, please try reloading the page.
You can easily force your computer to reload the screen as follows:
Windows Based PC Users:
Press the “CTRL” and “F5” keys in unison. The page should now reload.
Apple MAC Users:
Press the “CMD”+”SHIFT”+”R” keys in unison, and the page should now reload.

Safari users please note: We believe that Safari has recently updated their Private browsing mode, and the cookies are being deleted before you are able to complete your order. This means that every time your page refreshes it forgets what was added to your shopping cart.
We're aware of this issue and are working as quickly as possible to resolve it, however in the meantime, click here for a link to the Apple website for instructions on how to turn off private browsing mode (it's super easy).
Switching this off should enable you to complete your order.
