If your order status in your order history is still "Processing" more than 72 hours after your order was placed, please check for the following:
The correct payment method was selected at checkout. If your order confirmation email states that the payment method selected was Direct Debit, a manual payment must be processed via Internet Banking or a bank branch. If you've selected Direct Debit as your payment method and would like to choose an alternative payment method, please contact our customer service team on (03) 9344 1671, send us an SMS on +61 436 436 276 or email us at service@adorebeauty.com.au.
The dispatch date on your confirmation email. If one or more of the products you've ordered was out of stock at the time your order was placed, your dispatch date will be delayed until these items return back into stock. If you'd like to amend your order, please contact our customer service team.
