If you're not able to find your order, it's important to note that our parcels may be delivered via Safe Drop. This means that if our couriers can find a safe place to leave your parcel at your property, they will! Sometimes the postie can be super sneaky - so check your back door, under your doormat, and even your meter box! If your parcel has a "delivered" scan and you can't find it, you can also reach out to us and we'll be able to retrieve an image of where the parcel was dropped.
Alternatively, if there's no safe place for your parcel to be left, it may be taken to a local post office or Parcel Point location.
Either way, you should find a calling card left behind with all of the relevant info on where to pick up your order from!
If your order status is still "processing" 24 hours after you placed your order, check your "Estimated Dispatch Date" on your confirmation email - it may be that one or more items from your order are out of stock. If you'd like to amend your order, don't hesitate to give us a call.
