Our parcels are delivered via Safe Drop, meaning that if Australia Post can find a safe place to leave your parcel at your property, they will. Sometimes the postie can be super sneaky - so check your back door, under your doormat, and in your meter box. If your parcel has a "delivered" scan and you can't find it, you can also reach out to us and we'll be able to retrieve an image of where the parcel was dropped.
If your order status is still "processing" 24 hours after you placed your order, check your "Estimated Dispatch Date" on your confirmation email - it may be that one or more items from your order are out of stock. If you'd like to amend your order, don't hesitate to give us a call.
