If you have returned an online order via post for a refund, exchange or store credit, we will send you an email when we receive your parcel to let you know it has arrived. If you have sent your parcel back via ParcelPoint, it can take 5 - 7 business days to arrive back with us. Please keep an eye on your Parcel Point account to view its journey. If you send your item back via Australia Post, please use the tracking number provided to you to keep an eye on your return.
Once your returned item has arrived in our warehouse, your return will be placed in a queue and it can take up to 48 hours for this to be processed. As soon as your return is processed, we will be in touch to let you know. If you have selected a refund, this will be issued via your original payment method. Refund processing time will depend on your bank, but most refunds take 1 - 2 business days.
