Here you can view your order history and see the status of each.
Awaiting Payment: If you have selected Direct Deposit it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to reach us.
Awaiting Fulfillment: Your order has been received and the team will pack and dispatch asap. If the order has been on this status for more than 5 business days please contact us.
Shipped: Your order has been dispatched and is currently in transit. You should receive an email with the tracking number.
Declined: Your payment has been declined, please check your payment method and try again.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled by the team, it will not be shipped.
To create an account with us:
If you have checked out as a Guest the order will not be linked to your account. Please contact the customer experience team and we can move the order onto an existing account. We encourage every customer to have an account with us to track their previous purchases. You can also sign up to Adore Society our loyalty program!
