The order status is visible on your Adore Beauty account, under My Account > Orders:
- Awaiting Payment - If you have selected Direct Deposit it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to reach us.
- Awaiting Fulfillment - Your order has been received and the team will pack and dispatch your order asap.

Shipped - Your order has been dispatched and is currently in transit. You will receive an email with the tracking number. For more information on how to track your order click here
- Declined - Your payment has been declined, please check your payment method and try again.
- Cancelled - Your order has been cancelled, it will not be shipped.
If you have checked out as a Guest the order will not be linked to an Adore Beauty account. We encourage every customer to have an account with us to track their previous purchases. You can also sign up to Adore Society our loyalty program!
