130-Day Returns
- Sometimes it just doesn’t work out, and that’s okay! If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return your product to us.
- Items must be returned within 130 days after your purchase date.
- We will need to receive the items back unopened, unused and in the original packaging for change of mind, ordered incorrect item and the Scent Room promise.
- Gift cards/vouchers purchased can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash unless faulty.
- Shipping on Refundid returns is at the cost of the customer and is deducted from the refund.
- Items bought on sale or with the use of discount code will be refunded at the price paid after discount.
- Refunds will apply to your original payment method used.

Change of Mind
If the product received back to us is unopened, unused and in the original packaging. You will need to return within 130 days of purchasing the item(s) and pay for return shipping.
Ordered Incorrect Item
Sometimes we make mistakes. You can return your item(s) if you ordered incorrectly, as long as the item(s) is unopened, unused and in the original packaging. You will need to return within 130 days of purchasing the item(s) and pay for return shipping.
Returning fragrances from The Scent Room promise
For every full-size fragrance bottle* purchased from the Scent Room it will come with a miniature matching sample vial. Before opening the full-size perfume, simply test your included vial. If you don’t love it for any reason, return the unopened full-size free of charge. Adore will refund any shipping costs incurred.
*Full size bottles are 30ml and over. Excludes home fragrance and gift sets.
Damaged in transit
If you have received an item(s) that has arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery using the refundid portal below.
Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you!
Incorrect colour match (foundation)
If you used our Findation tool onsite and you still have selected an incorrect colour match, just let us know which foundations you entered in the notes section and we can review the selection.
Received Incorrect Item
If you have received the wrong item(s), you can return your item(s) free of charge and Adore will cover any shipping costs.
Faulty Item
If the item you received is faulty, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery using the refundid portal below.
