Then select your desired treatment, store location and date/time of treatment. Bookings can also be made via the Adore Beauty APP, or by speaking to a team member in store.
Booking FAQs:
Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?
It’s recommended that you book an appointment however, walk ins are welcome and will be dependent on availability.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you’re unable to attend an appointment, please contact the store asap to reschedule.
What happens if I’m late to my appointment?
The appointment duration may be shortened or the appointment may be rescheduled to avoid disruption to other bookings. If you are running late, please contact the store first and let them know.
Can I book for myself and a friend at the same time?
No, unfortunately our stores have only one treatment room and dermal therapist available. You are welcome to book an appointment one after the other.
Is there a minimum age requirement to book a treatment?
Yes, clients must be at least 16 years of age. Clients who are 16 or 17 years of age must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian for both the provision of services and the collection and use of their personal information.
The OBSERV 520x Skin Analysis service is only available to clients who are 18 years of age or older. If under 18 years of age, you should not provide Adore Beauty with your personal information or health information unless you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to do so.
Adore Beauty may request proof of age and reserves the right to refuse or cancel the service where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided.
Pricing/Payment FAQs:
How much do treatments cost?
Services vary between $50-$130, based on which type of treatment you book. Please note these prices are subject to change.
Which payment methods are available?
Our stores are cashless, so we only accept payment via card and mobile. Gifts cards and store credit are also accepted.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No, full payment is required at the time of your booking instore
Is the $100 redeemable only for the products used during their appointment/treatment, or if it can be applied to any products in-store?
The $100 redeemable can be used on any product that is available in the store at the time of service.
What happens if the products I want to redeem are out of stock or not available in store?
If an item you want is out of stock, please choose a different item to redeem. Products must be redeemed and taken home on the day of service and cannot be transferred.
Will I receive loyalty points?
Yes, services count towards your Adore Rewards however only once you have attended the appointment and redeemed the cost on products that same day.
Treatment FAQs:
What salon treatments are available at Adore Beauty stores? Are the treatments the same across every store?
All services can be found here and yes, they are the same across all our stores, except for Southland.
How long do treatments typically take?
Depending on your service, treatments can vary between 15-75 minutes.
Are consultations included before the treatment?
Yes, a consultation is included at the beginning of a service.
Who performs the treatments (qualifications/experience)?
All services are performed by a qualified dermal therapist.
Are your treatments suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, we have treatments that are catered to certain skin types. It is best to let the dermal therapist know at the beginning of your service your skin type and condition.
What happens if I have a reaction to a treatment?
Please contact or revisit the store you received your treatment and our qualified dermal therapist will assess your skin to identify why the reaction has occured. We can then suggest the best next steps to help repair and soothe the skin.
Can I choose which products are used during my treatment?
We will provide you with a recommendation on what is suitable for your skin post consultation. If there is a product you’d like to use and we have it, please let us know and we can look to include it during your treatment.
Do I receive samples after my treatment?
No, unfortunately we’re unable to offer samples.
I don’t know much about my skin, what is the best treatment to start with?
If you’re unsure about what to book, we always recommend a Skin Consultation first so that we are able to understand your skin condition and concerns before going ahead with any treatment
