Cash rewards:

1. Sign up: Register for a free account with a cashback service like Cashrewards.
2. Link your card (for in-store): If you want to earn cashback in physical stores, link your debit or credit card to the service.
3. Activate offers: Before you shop, click on the store to activate the cashback offer on the app or website.
4. Shop online: If shopping online, the service will likely redirect you to the retailer's site via a special link.
   Shop in-store: If you linked your card, shop as you normally would at the participating store. When paying, select "credit" to ensure the cashback is processed.
5. Get paid: Cashback earnings accumulate in your account and can be withdrawn to a bank or PayPal account once you reach the minimum withdrawal amount. 

Shopback:

1. Use the app or extension: Download the ShopBack app or install the browser extension. 
2. Find a store: Search for a specific product or store, or browse the available categories within the ShopBack app. 
3. Activate cashback: Click through to the store's website from the ShopBack app or browser extension.
4.  Shop and pay as usual: Make your purchase on the merchant's site. The payment method is up to you, but ensure you complete the transaction on the same device to track cashback.
