Why was my order cancelled due to stock issues?

In rare situations, an order may be cancelled due to stock availability.

This usually occurs when:

• Multiple customers purchase the last available item at the same time
• The system oversells during high traffic or promotional periods
• Inventory has not fully synced between systems

If this happens, you will always be contacted and refunded for the affected item.

We understand this can be frustrating, and we're continually improving our systems to minimise overselling and provide the most accurate stock availability possible.
