If you've met all the promotion's terms and conditions and your discount, Gift With Purchase (GWP), or offer still isn't applying, the issue may be caused by cached data or cookies stored in your browser or app.
Your browser or app stores temporary files (known as cache and cookies) to help websites load faster and remember your preferences. Occasionally, this stored data can become outdated and prevent promotions or offers from displaying or applying correctly.
How to fix it
We recommend:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies (or clear the app's cache if you're using the app).
- Close and reopen your browser or app.
- Visit the website or app again and re-add the eligible items to your cart.
In most cases, this refreshes the website and allows the promotion or Gift With Purchase to apply correctly.
