Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, with metro deliveries arriving sooner than regional areas. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been sent. You can also track it anytime in My Account → Orders. Dispatch delays may occur during sale periods.

TRACK MY ORDER

Discount codes, Adore Rewards, and Beauty Bank vouchers only apply to full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or strike-through products, or in conjunction with other discount codes. If a code isn’t working, check that your cart contains eligible full-priced items and that you’ve met all the terms and conditions outlined in the offer email. Gift with Purchase (GWP) codes still apply to sale items provided your cart meets the specific code T&Cs.

Changed your mind? Eligible items can be returned within 130 days of purchase. You can submit your return through our Refundid returns portal and choose between an Instant Refund (if eligible) or a Standard Return.

We offer 130-day returns on eligible items that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items may be eligible for assistance — please contact our Customer Service team so we can help.

VIEW POLICY

We process orders quickly, so we may not always be able to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. If you’ve received your order has been shipped email, we’re unable to cancel the order. Once received, you can return eligible items through our returns process.
