Why isn’t Afterpay working on my order?

If Afterpay isn’t showing at checkout, it’s usually because there’s a Subscribe & Save item in your cart.

Why this happens

Subscribe & Save orders are designed to automatically process for future deliveries.
Because of this, they require a credit or debit card at checkout so upcoming orders can be charged when they’re due.

For this reason, Afterpay isn’t available on orders that include subscription items.

How to fix it

You’ve got two easy options:

Check out with a card
Use a credit or debit card to complete your order and keep your item on Subscribe & Save.

Use Afterpay instead
Remove the Subscribe & Save item from your cart and re-add it as a one-time purchase.
This will allow you to check out with Afterpay.
