How do I place an order?

Shopping with Adore Beauty is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to place your order.

1. Sign in or continue as a guest

When shopping on our website, you have a few options:

• Sign in / Join using your email address (no password required—you’ll receive a one-time passcode)
• Checkout as a guest if you don’t want to create an account

If you're using the Adore Beauty app, you’ll need to be logged in to browse and shop.

Once signed in, you'll receive a secure one-time passcode to your email to access your account.

2. Add your favourite products

Browse or search for the products you'd like to purchase, then select Add to Bag.

You can review your items at any time by opening your shopping bag:

• On the website, your bag is located in the top right-hand corner and opens as a side panel, allowing you to continue shopping while viewing your items
• On the app, tap the bag icon in the bottom centre of the screen to open a full-screen view of your items

If you're an Adore Beauty Rewards member, don't forget to check your Beauty Bank to see if you have any available rewards before checking out.

3. Choose your checkout method

You have two ways to complete your purchase:

Express Checkout

Use services such as PayPal or Apple Pay for a faster checkout experience.

Before confirming your order, we recommend checking that your saved delivery address on your payment method is correct, as Express Checkout uses your saved details to speed up the process.

Secure Checkout

Select Secure Checkout to review and update your:

• Shipping address
• Billing details
• Delivery options
• Payment method

If you have an Adore Beauty Gift Card, you can apply it once you proceed to checkout. Gift cards cannot be applied in the shopping bag or promo code field, and must be entered during the checkout process. This includes gift cards purchased directly from Adore Beauty or gift cards converted from supported third-party providers, such as Prezzee or The Card Network.

4. Place your order

Once you've reviewed your order details, select Place Order on the website or Pay With Saved Card on the app to complete your purchase.

You'll then be taken to an Order Confirmation page displaying your order number.

We'll also send you an email titled "Order # Confirmed", which includes your order confirmation and purchase details.
