If you’re unsure whether your order has been successfully placed, there are a few easy ways to check.
Check your confirmation email
Once your order has gone through successfully, you’ll receive an email titled “Order # Confirmed”.
If you haven’t received this email, please:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Search your inbox for “Adore Beauty” or “Order Confirmed”
Check your payment method
You can also check your bank account or payment method used at checkout.
If your order has been successful, you should see a transaction from Adore Beauty.
What if I can’t find my confirmation email?
If you can see a charge on your bank statement but haven’t received a confirmation email, it may be due to:
- A typo in the email address entered at checkout
- The order not fully completing in the system
In this case, please contact our Customer Service team with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order date
- The amount shown on your bank statement
This will help us locate your order and assist you quickly.
