Why isn't my discount code working?

If your discount code isn't applying, it's usually because one or more of the promotion's Terms & Conditions haven't been met.

Before checking out, please make sure:

• Your discount code has been entered exactly as provided.
• The code has been entered in the Promo Code field in your shopping bag before proceeding to checkout.
• The promotion is still within its valid dates and hasn't expired.
• Your order meets the minimum spend requirement on eligible products (excluding any excluded brands).
• You're purchasing full-price items if the promotion excludes sale items. 
• The discount code hasn't already been used.
• You're only using one discount code per order.
