Please check the following:
- Your order met all Terms & Conditions for the promotion (including minimum spend and eligible products or brands).
- The Gift With Purchase was added to your shopping bag at checkout and appears on your order confirmation email.
- Some Gift With Purchase offers are not automatically added and require a promotional code to be entered at checkout. You can check the specific requirements on our Promotions page.
