How do I write a review?
To leave a review:
- Find the product you purchased.
- Select "Review & Earn".
- Share your honest thoughts about your experience with the product.
- Submit your review for approval.
Not sure what to write? Think about the 4 Ps:
- Package – What did you think of the packaging?
- Product – How does it look, feel, smell or perform?
- Purpose – Did it meet your expectations and work for what you wanted it for?
- Price – Did it feel worth the price you paid?
You can also share whether you would recommend the product to others.
When will my review be approved?
All reviews are reviewed before they are published to ensure they meet our review guidelines.
Please allow some time for your review to be reviewed and approved before it appears on the product page and your reward is issued.
What makes a review eligible?
We welcome honest feedback — both positive and negative reviews.
To be approved, reviews must:
- Be your own original thoughts and experience.
- Be relevant to the product.
- Follow our review guidelines.
Reviews may not be approved if they contain content such as offensive language, spam, advertising, privacy concerns, or medical claims or advice. Customers can submit up to 19 reviews per month. Duplicate reviews are not accepted.
Why didn't I receive $1 store credit?
Some products are excluded from Review & Earn rewards due to regulations. In compliance with Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) requirements, we cannot provide store credit for reviews on certain TGA listed and registered products.
