If you have submitted a review but haven't received your $1 store credit yet, there are a few possible reasons:
- Your review is still being reviewed: All reviews are checked to ensure they meet our Review Guidelines before being published and before your store credit is issued.
- The product may not be eligible: Some products are excluded from Review & Earn due to Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) requirements.
- You may have reached your monthly limit: Customers can submit up to 19 approved reviews per month. Reviews submitted after this limit has been reached will not receive additional store credit.
If your review has been approved, the product is eligible, and you believe you should have received your store credit, please contact our Customer Service team and we'll be happy to look into it.
