If you’re having trouble logging into your Adore Beauty account, please check the following steps.
How do I log in?
We no longer require a password to sign in. Instead, you’ll receive a One Time Password (OTP) code sent to your email address.
A new code is required when you:
- Log out of your account.
- Sign in on a new device.
If you’re already logged in on a device, you won’t need to enter a new OTP unless you log out.
I haven’t received my One Time Password code
If you haven’t received your OTP email:
- Check that your email address has been entered correctly. A small typo can prevent the code from being sent, so try retyping your email address carefully.
- Check your junk or spam folder.
- Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive before requesting a new code.
If you still can’t access your account, it’s possible you may not have an Adore Beauty account and may have previously checked out as a guest.
I’m still unable to log in
If you have an existing Adore Beauty account but are still unable to log in using your One Time Password, please contact us.
