How do I update my account details?

You can update some of your account details anytime through your Adore Beauty account.

Update your name

To update your name:

1. Log in to your Adore Beauty account.
2. Go to My Account > Account Details > Edit Account Information.
3. Make your changes and select Save.

Add or update a saved address

To add a new address or update an existing saved address:

1. Log in to your Adore Beauty account.
2. Go to My Account > Addresses.
3. Select an existing saved address to edit, or choose Add New Address.

Update your email address

Due to current system limitations, we’re unfortunately unable to update the email address linked to an existing account.

If you’d like to create a new account with a different email address, please contact our Customer Service team with both your current and new email addresses.

We’ll be happy to help transfer your Adore Rewards spend balance and level across to your new account so you can continue enjoying your rewards and perks.

Update saved payment methods

To edit or remove your saved payment details:

1. Log in to your Adore Beauty account.
2. Go to My Account > Saved Payment Methods.
3. From here, you can edit an existing payment method or add new card details.
