How do I update my email preferences?

Our marketing emails help keep you updated with the latest promotions, offers, product launches and beauty news.

If you’d like to change how often you hear from us or unsubscribe from marketing emails, you can update your communication preferences through your Adore Beauty account.

How to update your email preferences

1. Log in to your Adore Beauty account.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Select Account Details.
4. Choose Communication from Adore Beauty.
5. Select which emails you’d like to receive, or opt out of marketing communication.

You can update your preferences at any time.

Will I still receive reward notifications?

If you earn a reward, we’ll send you an email notification so you know it’s available to use in your Beauty Bank.

If you’ve opted out of marketing emails, you may not receive these reward notifications. However, you can still view your available rewards anytime by:

• Going to My Account > Rewards and Activity.
• Checking your bag at checkout, where available rewards will appear.

Will I still receive order emails if I unsubscribe?

Yes. If you opt out of marketing communication, you’ll still receive important transactional emails relating to your orders, including:

• Order confirmations.
• Dispatch notifications.
• Delivery updates where applicable.
