You can easily manage your subscription orders at any time through your subscription dashboard in your Adore Beauty account.
What you can do in your subscription dashboard
From your subscription dashboard, you can:
- Change upcoming order dates
- Pause your subscription
- Cancel your subscription
- Manage or update subscription details
How to manage your subscription
Simply log in to your account and navigate to your Subscription Dashboard.
From there, select the relevant upcoming order and choose the action you’d like to take, such as:
- Change date – update when your next order will be processed
- Pause subscription – temporarily stop future orders
- Cancel subscription – end your subscription at any time
First subscription order vs ongoing management
If you’ve just placed your first subscription order and need to cancel or make changes, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
Your first subscription order is processed like a standard order and may still be in fulfilment or dispatch, so changes can only be made by our team if it hasn’t yet been processed or shipped.
For all ongoing subscription orders, you can manage everything yourself at any time via your Subscription Dashboard, including pausing, cancelling, editing products, or changing upcoming order dates.
Important information
- You can change, pause or cancel your subscription at any time
- Changes apply to future scheduled orders
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be changed
- Cancelled subscriptions can be restarted at any time
