When will my order be processed?
Your subscription order will be processed on the scheduled date shown in your Subscription Dashboard.
Once processed, your order will be prepared and dispatched in line with our standard dispatch timeframes.
Can I change my upcoming order date?
Yes — you can change the date of your next subscription order at any time before it is processed.
Simply go to your Subscription Dashboard and select Change Frequency on the relevant upcoming order.
First subscription order vs ongoing orders
If this is your first subscription order, it will be processed like a standard order and may follow standard dispatch timeframes depending on when it was placed.
For all ongoing subscription orders, processing will occur automatically on your scheduled billing date unless you skip, pause, or reschedule it in advance.
