You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription dashboard in your Adore Beauty account.
There are no lock-in contracts, and you remain in full control of your subscription.
What you can do
From your subscription dashboard, you can:
- Skip an upcoming order
- Pause your subscription temporarily
- Cancel your subscription entirely
How to update your subscription
To manage your subscription:
- Log in to your Adore Beauty account
- Go to your Subscription Dashboard
- Select the relevant upcoming order or subscription
- Choose skip, pause or cancel
Changes will be saved immediately and reflected in your future scheduled orders.
First subscription order vs ongoing subscriptions
If you’ve just placed your first subscription order and need to cancel it, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
Your first order may still be processing or in dispatch, so changes can only be made by our team if it hasn’t yet been fulfilled or shipped.
For all ongoing subscription orders, you can manage everything directly through your Subscription Dashboard at any time.
Important information
- You can update your subscription at any time
- Changes apply to future scheduled orders
- You can resume a paused subscription whenever you like
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be changed.
