You’ll find a tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email.
Simply click the link to view real-time updates on your parcel’s journey.
2. Track your parcel directly with the carrier
You can also enter your tracking number directly into the relevant carrier tracking page:

What you’ll see in tracking
Your tracking updates may include:
- Order dispatched
- In transit
- Customs processing (if applicable)
- Out for delivery
- Delivered
Important information
- Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch
- International parcels may take longer to show updates while they are processed through customs
- Delivery timeframes start from the date your order is dispatched
