New Zealand delivery timeframes

All New Zealand orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order processing & dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Melbourne warehouse.

During sale or promotional periods, dispatch may take longer due to higher order volumes and will be communicated on our Shipping Page.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes apply from the time your order has been dispatched.

Express deliveries are handled by DHL Express and offer faster international shipping with tracking.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our delivery partners and may vary depending on location and customs processing
Business days do not include weekends or Victorian public holidays
Orders placed after daily dispatch cut-off times will be processed the next business day
Orders containing flammable items may be restricted to Standard Delivery due to transport regulations

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied by New Zealand Customs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Depending on your order value, your parcel may be subject to these charges.

If your tracking shows “Import Duty and Tax Payable” or similar, your delivery may be delayed by approximately 3–5 business days.

For orders over NZD $1,000, where duties and taxes apply, DHL may contact you directly via SMS or phone to arrange payment before delivery.
