Will my balance increase with every purchase I make?
Your balance is the total spend on valid purchases in the previous 12 months once discounts, gift cards, shipping charges, taxes, fees and returns have been removed. The purchase or redemption of gift cards do not count towards your spend. Items on promotion count towards spend at the discounted price. Rewards cannot be earned using other rewards as part of the transaction. Spend does not include decimal points and is rounded down to the nearest whole number for 49 cents and under and rounded up for 50 cents or more. Balance is calculated in Australian Dollar (AUD) for those that have registered in Australia and listed their country of residence as Australia. Members that have registered in New Zealand or have listed their country of residence as New Zealand will be calculated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
