Why won’t my reward apply?
Your reward may not apply if:
- It is being used on sale items (items marked with a strikethrough)
- It is being used in conjunction with another discount code or promotional offer (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
- The reward has expired — you can check the expiry date in your My Rewards & Activity section in your account
- The reward has already been used on a previous order
- You are not logged into your Adore Beauty account
Troubleshooting steps
If your reward is not applying, try the following:
- Ensure you are logged into your Adore Beauty account
- Refresh your shopping bag and try again
- Confirm your cart does not include sale items
- Ensure you are not using another discount code at the same time
Occasionally, you may see an error message that says “account ineligible”. If this occurs, please:
- Log out of your account
- Refresh the page
- Log back in and try again

Important information
