If your Adore Rewards or Beauty Bank rewards aren’t showing in your account, there are a few reasons this may happen and some simple steps you can take to troubleshoot.
Where to check your rewards
You can view your rewards and progress at any time in your account under the My Rewards section:

In this section, you can see:
- Rewards you’ve earned
- When your rewards were added
- Any expiry dates
- How close you are to earning your next reward
Why your rewards may not be showing
If you can’t see your rewards, it may be because:
- Your order was placed within the last 24–48 hours and is still processing
- You were not signed into your account when placing the order
- The order has not yet been fully processed in the system
- There may be a delay in your rewards updating
How to use your rewards if they don’t appear at checkout
If your reward is not appearing in your shopping bag with the “Use” button, you can still apply it manually as a troubleshooting step.
If you have received your reward code via email, or can see it in your My Rewards & Activity section, you can:
- Copy the code
- Enter it at checkout in the promo code field
This will apply your reward to your order if it is eligible.

- Allowing up to 24–48 hours after purchase for rewards to appear
- Ensuring you were logged into your account when placing your order
