If you’ve created a new Adore Beauty account, we may be able to transfer your eligible spend from your previous account in some cases.
Can my spend be transferred between accounts?
While we are unable to merge full order histories into a single account, we can review and transfer your eligible spend so it is reflected in your Adore Rewards balance and membership level.
This means your rewards progress will be updated, even if past orders do not appear in your new account’s order history.
What we need from you
To help us process your request, please contact Customer Service with:
- Your previous account email address
- Your new account email address
- A recent order number
We use these details to verify ownership and ensure your spend is correctly applied.
Important information
- Order history cannot be merged or transferred between accounts
- Eligible spend can be transferred to reflect your correct Adore Rewards balance
- Your Adore Rewards level may be updated once the transfer is complete
- Some exclusions and conditions may apply
