Can my guest order be added to Adore Rewards?
If you placed an order without logging into your Adore Beauty account, our Customer Service team may be able to manually add your eligible spend to your Adore Rewards account.
This is subject to the order details matching an existing account and meeting eligibility requirements.
What you need to provide
To help us locate your order and review your request, please contact us with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order number (if available)
- The date of purchase
- The name used on the order
