Adore Rewards is Adore Beauty’s free loyalty program. You’ll earn rewards as your eligible spend grows over a rolling 12-month period, along with access to exclusive member benefits.

How do I join?

Joining is free and automatic.

• New customers: Create an Adore Beauty account to become a Level 1 member.

• Existing customers: Sign in to your account when shopping so your eligible spend is tracked.

   

What are the benefits?

All members can enjoy:

• Spend and Earn Rewards: Earn $20 credit for every $250 spent on eligible purchases.
• Choose Your Gift: Choose a complimentary gift up to four times each year.
• Birthday or Anniversary Reward: Receive a reward based on your membership level.

• Exclusive offers: Access special promotions for Adore Rewards members.

   

What are the Adore Rewards levels?

Your level is based on your eligible spend over a rolling 12-month period.

All levels earn $20 in reward credit for every $250 spent and can choose up to four gifts each year.

Where are my Loyalty rewards?

Loyalty rewards are added to your Adore Rewards account within 24–48 hours after your order is placed.

To find and use your rewards:

1. Sign in to your Adore Beauty account.
2. View your available vouchers in your shopping bag.
3. Select “Use” next to the voucher you want to apply.

You can also view your rewards on the My Rewards & Activity page.

Why can't I see my rewards?

Your rewards may not be visible yet if:

• Your order was placed within the last 24–48 hours.
• You weren't signed in when placing your order.
• Your order hasn't been processed yet.

If your rewards still aren't showing after 48 hours, please contact our Customer Care team.

• Your eligible spend is tracked through your Adore Beauty account.
• Loyalty rewards can be used on future eligible purchases, subject to the terms of each reward.
• Some products, promotions and purchases may be excluded from reward redemption. Check the terms of your reward for details.
