What is a Birthday or Anniversary Reward?
If we have your date of birth on file, you'll receive a Birthday Reward.
If you haven't provided your date of birth, you'll receive an Anniversary Reward based on the date you joined Adore Beauty.
You can update your birthday at any time in My Account > Account Details.
How much is my reward worth?
The value of your Birthday or Anniversary Reward depends on your current Adore Rewards level.
- Level 1: $10 Birthday or Anniversary Reward
- Level 2: $20 Birthday or Anniversary Reward

How do I receive my reward?
Your Birthday or Anniversary Reward will automatically be added to your Adore Rewards account when you're eligible.
You can view your reward in your side bag/shopping cart and use it while shopping online when you're signed in to your account.
How do I use my reward?
- You must have at least $50 in your cart before applying your reward.
- Only one reward can be used per order.
- Reward codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
- Online orders must meet Adore Beauty’s general minimum spend of $30 after the reward is applied.

Can I use my reward on promotional items?
From 2 September 2026, for a limited time, eligible Birthday and Anniversary Rewards can be used on promotional items, clearance products and bundles.
Adore Beauty may withdraw this offer at any time.
Where can I find my reward?
Your available reward codes will appear in your side bag/shopping bag at checkout. You can also view them on the My Rewards & Activity page of the Adore Beauty website.
When do my rewards become available?
Your Spend & Earn reward becomes available once you’ve reached $250 in eligible spend. Your reward will be added to your Adore Rewards account within 24–48 hours after your order is placed.
Once it’s been added, you can use it on future eligible purchases.
