How does same-day delivery work?

Same-day delivery is available for $10.95 on orders placed before 4:00 pm AEST to selected Melbourne postcodes.

Eligible orders are delivered on weekdays between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Who can use same-day delivery?

Same-day delivery is available for residential addresses within selected Melbourne postcodes.

This service is not available for:

• PO Boxes
• Parcel Lockers
• Business addresses

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 4:00 pm AEST on a business day will be dispatched for same-day delivery.

Orders placed:

• After 4:00 pm AEST
• On weekends
• On public holidays

will be dispatched on the next business day.

If one or more items in your order are temporarily out of stock, dispatch will be delayed until all items are available.

How do I track my same-day delivery?

Tracking won't be available immediately after you place your order.

Once your order has been collected for delivery, you'll receive a live tracking link from GoPeople, usually from around 5:00 pm.

You'll receive both an email and SMS with your tracking link, allowing you to follow your delivery and view its estimated arrival time.

What happens if my delivery can't be completed?

If your same-day delivery can't be completed for any reason, it will be re-attempted on the next business day.
