We offer a range of delivery options across Australia, including Standard, Express and Same-day delivery. Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery method, location, and order value.

Free delivery thresholds

We offer free shipping on eligible orders:

• Free Standard Delivery on orders over $75
• Free Express Shipping on orders over $125
• Free Express Shipping for Adore Rewards Level 3 members on orders over $75

Please note: Orders containing flammable items may be restricted to Standard Shipping outside Victoria due to transport regulations.

Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery is available for $10.95 on eligible orders placed before 4:00 pm AEST to selected Melbourne postcodes. Orders are delivered between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm on the same day.

We understand that any increase in shipping costs can be frustrating.

At Adore Beauty, we are committed to providing a reliable and high-quality delivery service. We only adjust our delivery pricing when our shipping partners review and increase their own costs. On this occasion, our pricing was updated to reflect these changes.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Melbourne warehouse
• Delivery timeframes apply after your order has been dispatched
• Business days do not include weekends or Victorian public holidays
