Yes — you can have your order delivered to a work address or residential apartment building.

Delivering to work addresses and apartments

You can enter your work or residential address at checkout, including locations with:

• Reception desks
• Mailrooms
• Secure entry points or concierge services
• Apartment building lobbies

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided.

Authority to Leave

Most orders are delivered with Authority to Leave, meaning your parcel does not require a signature.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver may leave your parcel in a safe location at the address. This could include areas such as:

• Behind bins or in a sheltered area
• On a porch or at the front door
• Inside a secure lobby or reception area (if accessible)
• In or near a mailroom

Delivery drivers will use their discretion to determine a safe and secure location that is protected from weather and public view.

Important delivery considerations

• If a secure location cannot be found, or the driver does not deem the area safe, your parcel may be taken to a nearby collection point or depot
• Access restrictions (e.g. locked buildings or unattended reception areas) may impact delivery success
• Delivery instructions provided at checkout will be considered where possible, however final placement is at the driver’s discretion
• Some customers may prefer delivery to a Collection Point if access to their building is limited or security is a concern

Same-day delivery exception

Same-day delivery is only available for residential addresses within eligible Melbourne postcodes.

It is not available for work addresses, apartment buildings, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Collection Points.
