Collection Point delivery allows your parcel to be sent directly to a nearby participating Hubbed pickup location, including newsagencies, petrol stations, convenience stores, and more.
These locations are often open later than standard Post Shops, making Collection Point delivery a convenient option if you need flexibility to collect your order outside of standard business hours.
This is a great option if you prefer to collect your order at a time that suits you, or if you’re unable to receive deliveries at your home or workplace.
How does Collection Point delivery work?
If you select Collection Point delivery at checkout (where available), your order will be delivered to your chosen pickup location instead of a home or work address.
Once your parcel arrives, you will receive a notification with collection instructions.
You can then visit the selected location during their opening hours to collect your order.
Important information
- Not all orders or locations are eligible for Collection Point delivery

- If your parcel cannot be successfully delivered, it may be redirected to a nearby depot or returned to sender
