Whether we can update your address depends on the status of your order.
If your order has not been dispatched
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, our Customer Service team will do everything we can to update your delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- Your current order details
- Your updated delivery address
While we will always try our best to make changes, please note that we cannot guarantee updates once an order has been placed.
If your order has already been dispatched
If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address directly.
In this case, we will contact the delivery carrier on your behalf to request an address update. However, once an order is in transit, changes are not always possible due to fast delivery timeframes, particularly for Express Shipping.
