Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet, we may be able to cancel it for you.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
What to do next
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with your order number. You can do this by responding to your confirmation email or submitting a request.
The sooner you reach out, the more likely we’ll be able to catch it before it’s dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched
If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
Once you receive your parcel, you can return it via our Returns Portal for a refund in line with our returns policy.
What happens if my order is cancelled?
If we’re able to cancel your order:
- A refund will be processed back to your original payment method
- Any discount codes or rewards used will be reissued where applicable
