Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to directly change the payment method used.
What are my options?
If your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet, we may be able to help by cancelling your order and issuing a refund back to your original payment method.
You can then place a new order using your preferred payment method.
If your order has already been dispatched
If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or change your order, including the payment method.
In this case, you will need to wait for your order to arrive and then return it via our Returns Portal if needed, in line with our returns policy.
Important information
- We cannot directly update payment methods on an existing order
- Cancellation is only possible before dispatch
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout
