We process orders quickly, so we can only update your delivery address within a short window after your order has been placed.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order is still in awaiting fulfilment, we may be able to update your delivery address for you.
Once your order has been packed or dispatched, we’re unable to change the delivery address as it has already been sent to our delivery partners.
What to do next
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Your correct delivery address
The sooner you reach out, the more likely we can help update it before dispatch. You can reach out by replying to your order confirmation email or submit a request
If your order has already been dispatched
Once your order has been shipped, delivery address changes are dependent on the carrier.
Australia Post
If your parcel is being delivered with Australia Post, you may be able to redirect your parcel using MyPost.
Go People
If your order is being delivered with Go People, you may be able to contact the driver once your order is onboard for delivery. In some cases, you can update the address line 1, however suburb and postcode changes are not possible.
Other carriers
For all other delivery partners, we’ll need to contact the carrier on your behalf. Please reach out to our Customer Service team and we’ll raise a request where possible, however changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel is in transit.

- Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed
- Express and same-day orders are processed very quickly, so changes may not be possible
- Always double-check your delivery details at checkout to avoid delays
