Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to remove individual items from it.
This is because our warehouse processes orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch times.
What are my options?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, our Customer Service team may be able to help by cancelling your order so you can place a new one.
In this case:
- Your original order will be cancelled
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Any discount codes or rewards used will be reissued (where applicable)
- You can then place a new order with the correct items
Refunds may take 1–3 business days to appear back in your account once processed, depending on your financial institution.
If your order has already been dispatched
If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.
Once you receive your parcel, you can return any unwanted items via our Returns Portal for a refund in line with our returns policy.
Important information
- We are unable to partially modify orders once they are placed
- Removing individual items from an order is not possible
- Contact us as soon as possible if you’d like us to check whether cancellation is still possible
