Where are my Beauty Bank rewards?

Your Beauty Bank rewards are available in your Adore Beauty account as part of Adore Rewards.

Once earned, your Beauty Bank vouchers are added to your account and can be viewed when you’re shopping or logged into your account.

When will I receive my Beauty Bank rewards?

Beauty Bank rewards are added to your account within 24–48 hours after your order is placed.

Once added, they will automatically appear in your account for use on future eligible purchases.

Where can I see my Beauty Bank rewards?

When you’re shopping and signed into your account, your available Beauty Bank vouchers will appear in your shopping bag.

You’ll see a simple “Use” button next to any available vouchers, allowing you to easily apply them to your order.

Why can’t I see my Beauty Bank rewards?

If your Beauty Bank rewards aren’t showing, it may be because:

• The qualifying order was placed within the last 24–48 hours
• You were not signed into your account when placing the order
• The order has not yet been processed in the system

• Beauty Bank rewards are added within 24–48 hours after purchase
• You must be signed in to your account for rewards to be tracked
• Rewards cannot be used on sale items, in conjunction with other promotional offers, discount codes or vouchers (unless explicitly stated otherwise), or to purchase gift cards or other excluded items as determined by Adore Beauty from time to time.
